Vegetables and Dals

Paneer Sabzi

Cubes of paneer fried in a Karahi with onions, tomatoes, capsicum and spices, finished off with coriander.    

Palak Paneer

Fresh spinach leaves cooked with our own distinctive ingredients with small paneer cubes. 

Mutter Paneer

Peas are added to our distinctive masala (spices) and cooked before paneer is added. Served dry and as a gravy.   

Bhaingan Bhartha

Roasted and mashed brinjals (eggplant) cooked with spring onions and spices.
